Impacting the Golf Game and Game of LIFE of Murfreesboro’s Middle Schoolers & Their Families
Introduction
What an amazing opportunity we have been given to impact the lives of the middle school students and their families in our Murfreesboro area.
We have met and prayed and planned for the people of this great golf community to reach out to our middle schoolers at their school gymnasiums and introduce the game of golf to every middle schooler that takes gym in their school.
We propose to begin in March of 2022 to enter the schools one at a time each week to conduct four days of fundamental golf instruction with the fifth day a field trip conducted to allow the students to participate in a real golf experience at the Champions Run Golf Club. We will also be introducing those students who opt-in to hear from our student mentors trained by the Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) of Middle Tennessee and offer Bible Clubs and class mentorship for those students who choose our CEF option.
What Does This Look Like?
We have included a proposed calendar for the preparation and execution of our GPS - Montgomery Program below, here are the highlights of the next several months.
Keep in mind these dates are estimated dates and can and will be adjusted based on the availability of key leaders and volunteers.
