Golf From the Heart and GPS are on Track!!

We are on track!!!

​We have taken the opportunity afforded to us by the Lord, Sun City Country Club, Tom Loegering and the school systems in the West Valley of Phoenix to implement our Golf Program in Schools at Sun City CC and, recently, have gone back into the schools; introducing golf and the Lord to students and parents in this incredible community.

What a blessing!

​We have conducted two Family Fun Days at Sun City CC in September and October at which parents, grandparents and various ages of children were exposed to the game. We, also, have, for the first and second time included our amazing partner, Child Evangelism Fellowship at the club as well and it has our vision to introduce children to the game and to the Gospel has proven to work.

Additionally, we have launched our GPS Program in the Montgomery, Alabama Schools System in cooperation with the Lagoon Park and Gateway Golf Clubs.  The roles for our committee are filling up and we are scheduled to introduce kids to golf in their middle-schools beginning in February of 2022.

We have also been walking down the path to implement our program in Murfreesboro, TN. The management of Champions Run GC in Rockvale has agreed to host our Golf Program in Schools. We have engaged with the Child Evangelism Fellowship in Rutherford County and have been developing our committee in order to launch the program in the Rutherford County and Murfreesboro City Schools in February 2022 as well.  

An additional opportunity has come our way which is outside of the Eastern region for which Golf From the Heart is responsible. The area is in Tempe, Arizona at a community golf course by the name of Shalimar GC.  We're thankful to have the management of the club cooperating with us to, again, implement our program in February 2022. We have contacted the school Administration and things look positive. We have established our committee to implement the GPS model there and continue to pray, like with all of our groups, for more "laborers" to join us.

​Keep in mind this is all about the kids and the Gospel. With every $100 we raise we are able to sponsor 3 to 4 kids at our clinics.
